<p>Each Mio Studio Co canvas is made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.</p>

<h3>Damaged or Defective Items</h3>
<p>If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at miomiostudios@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, packaging, and damaged item.</p>

<h3>Replacement Policy</h3>
<p>When damage or a production defect is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.</p>

<h3>Non-Returnable Items</h3>
<p>Made-to-order canvas wall art cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.</p>

<h3>Order Cancellations</h3>
<p>Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.</p>

<h3>Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery</h3>
<p>Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.</p>
