What do you sell?

Mio Studio Co currently sells framed canvas wall art featuring dreamy pastel cityscapes and skyline-inspired artwork.

Are the canvases ready to hang?

Yes. Our framed canvas prints include sawtooth hanging hardware, so they arrive ready to display.

How long does production take?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

After production, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or order volume.

Can I return my order?

Because each canvas is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at miomiostudios@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. We will review the problem and help with a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
